Refund policy
At Iron Club Fitness, every item is made specially for you the moment you place your order. This approach reduces waste and supports sustainability — but it also means we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. Please be sure to check our size charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll make it right. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll replace it free of charge. If the shipping address provided was incorrect, we can’t cover the replacement but will work with you to offer a discounted reorder.
Multiple Shipments
Because our products are printed at different facilities, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Don’t worry — all items will reach you.
No Returns or Exchanges for Wrong Size or Preference
Since each product is printed on demand just for you, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for items that don’t fit or if you change your mind. We strongly encourage you to review the sizing guide on each product page before purchasing.
